Why does a published price matter on a bid?
Because the dumpster line on your estimate is a number you can write down before the job starts. A 20 yard is $495 with delivery, pickup, 7 days and 2 tons included, and that is the number on the invoice unless the load runs heavy, in which case it is $83 per ton from the scale ticket, also published. No fuel surcharge inside the 26-city service area, no environmental fee, no admin fee; the cost page lists every charge that exists. The pricing page is the same list the dispatcher reads from, and Javi's has been running boxes to Orlando job sites since 2018.
How do swap-outs work on a job site?
Call when the box is close to full, not when it is full. A swap request in by 2pm goes the same day when a truck has room, otherwise first thing next morning; the full box leaves, an empty one lands in the same spot, and the crew never stops for the dumpster. Each swap is a new box at the published price with its own 7 days and tonnage. Keep the drop spot clear on swap day: cars, material deliveries and a new pile of block in front of the container are the three things that turn a swap into a $150 trip charge.

What are the concrete and heavy-debris rules?
Concrete, brick, block, dirt and similar heavy debris are accepted in the 10 yard at no additional charge, loaded no higher than the marked fill line. In a 15 yard or larger they carry a $150 handling charge, and the box still must not be loaded past the line. A large box filled with concrete or dirt weighs more than the truck can safely lift and more than the road allows, so heavy debris goes in a 10 yard loaded partway, below the marked fill line, rather than a big box loaded full. A cubic yard of broken concrete weighs roughly two tons, so two 10 yards on a slab demo, each loaded partway, is the setup that works. No wet concrete, mortar or paint, and no asbestos-suspect flooring or sheetrock in any box. When the whole scope is concrete, concrete removal at $1.50 to $2.00 per square foot breaks it up and hauls it as one service.
When does monthly service make more sense?
When the job runs past 30 days or the debris never stops. Monthly dumpster rental is a box on a swap schedule, full one out and empty one in, on a cadence that changes as the phases change, month to month with no contract, priced by quote because the cadence and the material set it. Long remodels, multi-unit renovations and shops that generate a steady stream of pallets and packaging end up here, and so do property managers with constant turnovers. Sizes can be mixed on one account: a 10 for the heavy phase, a 30 for the framing phase.
What about equipment on the same job?
Javi's rents compact track loaders alongside the boxes: skid steers from $350 a day, $1,500 a week or $3,500 a month, with delivery to the site for an additional fee and an operator on request. The open-cab TL6 is 5 feet wide and fits through a side-yard gate. Loading a 10 yard of broken slab with a machine instead of a wheelbarrow is the difference between a morning and a day.
