Meet the owner
Javier Rivera, founder and owner. In business since 2018.
I started Javi's in 2018 out of the shop on Rose Blvd, and that's still where we run from. The promise hasn't changed: we show up when we say we will, we work hard while we're there, and we're somebody you can rely on the next time too.
The shop
Javi's Dumpster Services works out of 2507 Rose Blvd, Orlando 32839 — the Oak Ridge side of south Orlando, a few minutes off the Trail and I-4. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 7am to 8pm, closed Sunday, with emergency after-hours service available and towing answered 24/7. One phone number, (407) 860-8640, and it's the same one painted on every box.
The fleet
Roll-off trucks carrying open-top containers in five sizes — 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yards — plus a dump truck for material delivery, a rollback flatbed for towing, and three skid steers for rent: a Kubota SVL75-3, a Takeuchi TL8, and a five-foot-wide Takeuchi TL6 for tight access. A Takeuchi TB350R mini excavator is on the yard by arrangement.
What we haul
Household junk, furniture and mattresses, appliances, remodel and construction debris, roofing tear-offs, yard and storm debris, broken concrete in its own container, and the contents of estates, foreclosures, storage units and hoarder cleanouts. Rent the box and load it yourself, or send the crew and point at what goes.
Where we go
Twenty-six Central Florida cities, roughly 30 to 40 miles around Orlando — Davenport in the southwest to DeLand in the northeast, Clermont and the Lake County towns to the west, Kissimmee and St. Cloud to the south, Sanford, Lake Mary and Oviedo up the 417. Beyond that is case-by-case with a fuel surcharge.
How it's priced and paid
Dumpster prices are published: one number that covers delivery, pickup and the disposal tonnage for the size. Skid steer, concrete, material delivery and compactor rates are published too. Every fee that could ever be added is on the pricing page. Payment is cash or credit card on delivery — no checks.
