Who we are

This site is operated by Javi's Multi Service Junk Removal Inc., doing business as Javi's Dumpster Services, at 2507 Rose Blvd, Orlando, FL 32839. You can reach us at (407) 860-8640 or javisjunkremoval@gmail.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and by phone or text, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to confirm and deliver a booking:

• From the booking form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, the service address, the service you selected, your requested date and time window, and anything you type into the details or special-instructions fields (for example a gate code, what you're disposing of, or the machine you want).
• If you call or text us: your phone number and whatever you tell us about the job.
• Payment is taken on delivery by cash or card. Card payments are processed on our card terminal; we do not store full card numbers and this website collects no payment information.
• Standard website logs kept by our hosting provider — pages visited, browser type, approximate location — used only to keep the site running and secure.

Why we collect it and how we use it

To call or text you back to confirm the booking, to deliver and pick up on the right date at the right address, to bill for the service and any charges described in our Terms of Service, to keep records of the jobs we've done, and to answer questions about a past rental. We do not use your information for marketing to third parties.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the people and services needed to do the job: our drivers and crew, the email service that delivers booking-form submissions to us, our website host, and — if a permit is required for a street placement — the municipality issuing it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. It may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to call us or book.

How long we keep it

Booking requests that don't turn into a job are kept only as long as needed to follow up, then deleted. Records of completed jobs — who, where, what, what was paid — are kept as ordinary business and tax records for as long as Florida and federal law require, then deleted.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (407) 860-8640, or email javisjunkremoval@gmail.com, and say what you'd like done. We'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep records that the law requires us to retain, and we'll tell you if that applies.

Text messages

If you text us, or ask us to text you, we'll use SMS to communicate about your booking. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us — limited access, secure hosting, and no card data collected online. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send us sensitive information we haven't asked for.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
