Rental agreement terms as confirmed by Javi's Dumpster Services, September 17, 2026.

The business
These terms are between you and Javi's Multi Service Junk Removal Inc., doing business as Javi's Dumpster Services, 2507 Rose Blvd, Orlando, FL 32839, (407) 860-8640, javisjunkremoval@gmail.com. Booking a container, haul, equipment rental, delivery or tow means you accept them.
What the dumpster price includes
Each roll-off price includes delivery, pickup and the disposal tonnage for that size:
- 10 yard — $375 — 1 ton of disposal included
- 15 yard — $450 — 1.75 tons of disposal included
- 20 yard — $495 — 2 tons of disposal included
- 30 yard — $650 — 3 tons of disposal included
- 40 yard — $800 — 4 tons of disposal included
Additional tonnage
Material over the included tonnage for your container is charged at $83 per ton.
Rental period and extensions
The standard rental is 7 days. The maximum rental is 30 days. Days past your scheduled pickup date are $30 per day. Call before your pickup date if you need more time.
Loading the container
Fill to the level marker only. Loads above the level marker are charged $150 and may be rejected at pickup — the driver must be able to tarp the load and travel legally.
What roll-offs are for
Standard roll-offs are for construction and demolition debris, household waste and yard debris only; furniture and mattresses are accepted. The following are not permitted in roll-off containers:
- Household appliances — not permitted in roll-off containers; ask about our junk removal service for these items
- Motor vehicles and parts
- Tires
- Vehicle batteries
- Petroleum; waste oil; hydraulic oil; kerosene; turpentine
- Flammable or volatile liquids; explosives
- Acid; caustic materials
- Hazardous waste
- Radioactive materials
- Asbestos
- Ashes
- Sealed containers; drums
- Sewage or processed wastewater
- Infectious, pathological, chemotherapeutic or biological waste
- Human or animal remains
- Agricultural/farm equipment
Concrete, dirt & heavy debris
Concrete, dirt, brick, block, and similar heavy debris are accepted in our 10-yard containers at no additional charge, loaded no higher than the marked fill line. In 15-yard and larger containers, concrete and heavy debris carry a $150 handling charge, and containers must not be loaded past the marked fill line. Overweight loads are billed at $83 per ton over the included tonnage.
Pickup
Call when the container is full or the job is done. Pickup occurs between 6:00am and 5:00pm after you call in. If the truck cannot reach the container at pickup — vehicles blocking it, a locked gate, an obstructed drive — a $150 trip charge applies and pickup is rescheduled.
Placement, permits and access
You provide a reasonably flat, accessible spot with clearance for the truck to back in and tilt the container off, and you keep the path clear of vehicles, branches and low wires. A container on your own driveway or private property typically needs no permit; placement on a street, sidewalk or other public property typically requires a permit from your city or county, and some homeowners' associations restrict placement. Verifying permit and HOA requirements is your responsibility. The driver will not place a container in an unsafe location.
Driveways and yards
Roll-off containers and trucks are heavy. Javi's Multi Service Junk Removal Inc. is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavers, lawns or yards resulting from loading or unloading the container. Plywood under the container's rails is recommended on pavers and soft surfaces.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery, by cash or credit card. No checks.
Delivery timing
Same-day and next-day delivery are available. Same-day requests must be received by 2:00pm and are subject to availability. Jobs outside the 26-city service area are considered case-by-case with a $200–$250 fuel surcharge depending on distance.
Equipment, material delivery, towing and compactor service
Skid steer rentals are billed at the published day, week or month rate plus delivery if requested; the renter is responsible for the machine while in their possession. Material delivery is a hauling charge only — you purchase the material from the supplier. Towing, roadside and compactor service are quoted per job. Terms specific to those services are confirmed by phone at booking.
Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the current version.
