What is inside the price, and what is not?
Inside: the drop, the pickup, the landfill tonnage for your size, and a week to fill it. Not inside, and never hidden: weight past the allowance at $83 per ton, days past your pickup date at $30 per day up to the 30-day maximum, and three flat charges that only happen when something goes wrong on the job. Concrete in a 15 yard or larger costs $150 for handling. A load piled above the marked fill line costs $150 and may be refused. A box the truck cannot reach at pickup, because of cars, a locked gate or a new fence, costs $150 for the wasted trip.
That is the entire list. Nothing else appears on a Javi's invoice, which is the point of publishing it.
How does each fee actually happen?
Every fee on the schedule is something you control. Weight is the one people underestimate, so the weight guide is worth five minutes before you order a box for dirt, tile or shingles.

Why is the cheapest quote usually the one with fees behind it?
Search 'cheap dumpster rental Orlando' and you will see prices below $375. What drives the cost of a dumpster?
Four things, in order of how often they change the bill.
- Size: $375 for the 10 yard up to $800 for the 40. Bigger boxes include more tonnage, so the price per ton included actually falls as you go up
- Weight: heavy material such as concrete, dirt, tile and shingles reaches the allowance long before the box is full. Overage is $83 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket
- Duration: 7 days are included and 30 is the maximum. Each day past your scheduled pickup is $30
- Material: concrete and heavy debris ride free in the 10 yard and cost $150 in a 15 yard or larger; appliances and hazardous items cannot go in at all and need junk removal
How do I actually pay less?
Pick the size by the pile, not by the yardage. Put heavy material in the 10 yard, loaded partway, where its tonnage is cheapest and concrete is free; if the whole pile is small and heavy, the small dumpster page is the one to read. Break down cabinets, boxes and furniture so you buy one box instead of two. Call for pickup the day the job ends so no $30 days accrue. Keep the driveway clear on pickup morning. Does the price change by city?
No. Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Clermont, Apopka and the rest of the 26 cities within roughly 30 to 40 miles of the shop pay the same published price, and a same-day delivery costs the same as one booked a week out. Beyond the area, from Lakeland to Daytona Beach, jobs are taken case by case with a $200 to $250 fuel surcharge depending on distance. Call first for those.
