How much does a dumpster rental cost in Orlando?
Renting a dumpster in Orlando from Javi's Dumpster Services costs between $375 and $800 depending on size, and that price is final: it includes delivery, pickup, 7 days and between 1 and 4 tons of disposal. The only additions are extra weight at $83 per ton, extra days at $30, and three published flat charges that are easy to avoid. Call (407) 860-8640 for an exact price.

What are the real prices, size by size?
Five sizes, five prices, and every one includes the same three things: the delivery, the pickup, and the disposal tonnage shown. The table is the whole price list; there is no separate delivery line and no fuel surcharge inside the regular service area.
| Size | Dimensions (L × W × H) | Tons included | Best for | Price, delivered |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | 13 × 8 × 3.5 ft | 1 ton | Concrete, dirt, tile, roofing, a garage or one-room cleanout | $375 |
| 15 yard | 15 × 8 × 4.5 ft | 1.75 tons | Kitchen or bath remodel, flooring tear-out, small apartment cleanout | $450 |
| 20 yard | 16 × 8 × 5 ft | 2 tons | Most popular. Whole-house cleanout, roof replacement, multi-room remodel | $495 |
| 30 yard | 16 × 8 × 6 ft | 3 tons | Estate cleanout, new construction, commercial build-out | $650 |
| 40 yard | approx. 22 × 8 × 8 ft | 4 tons | Commercial demo, large renovations, bulky light material | $800 |
Every price includes delivery, pickup and the tonnage shown for a 7-day rental. Extra weight is $83 per ton. Approx. = industry-standard dimensions, not measured on Javi's box. Full size chart →
What does the price include?
The drop at your address, with the driver placing the box where your note says. A 7-day rental, so a weekend project and a week-long remodel pay the same. The pickup when you call, scheduled into the 6:00am to 5:00pm window. And the landfill: the container is weighed on the way out, and the tonnage shown for your size is already paid for. The 10 yard also includes something the others do not: concrete, dirt and other heavy debris at no handling charge, because that is the box built to carry them.
How does extra weight work?
Every box has an allowance, 1 ton for the 10 yard up to 4 tons for the 40. When the truck tips the load at the landfill, the scale ticket shows the weight; the allowance is subtracted, and anything left is billed at $83 per ton. A 20 yard of furniture, boxes and drywall almost never gets to 2 tons. A 20 yard with a pool deck in it does, fast, and a large box full of concrete is more than the truck can lift or the road allows anyway, which is why heavy material belongs in the 10 yard, loaded partway. The weight guide has the material-by-material detail.
Which fees surprise people?
None should, because they are published, but here they are with the situation that triggers each one. All three flat charges are the same amount, and all three are avoidable with a phone call or a clear driveway.
| Fee | Amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Extra days | $30 per day | Past your pickup date. 7 days standard, 30 days maximum. |
| Above the level marker | $150 | Fill to level only. Overfilled loads may be rejected. |
| Extra tonnage | $83 per ton | Beyond the disposal tonnage included with your size. |
| Concrete, dirt & heavy debris | $150 | No charge in the 10 yard. In a 15 yard or larger, a handling charge; keep every load below the marked fill line. |
| Blocked container | $150 | Trip charge if the truck can't reach the box at pickup. |
What do three real jobs cost?
The arithmetic, with nothing left out.
A garage cleanout with some old tile: a 10 yard at $375. About 3 pickup loads, the tile and a few bags of grout well inside 1 ton, done Saturday, picked up Monday. Total $375.
A whole-house cleanout before a sale: a 20 yard at $495. Furniture, mattresses, boxes, carpet, about 6 pickup loads, 2 tons of disposal included and not exceeded, ten days on site. The three days past the included week cost $30 each, so $90. Total $585.
A roof tear-off on an average Orlando home with two layers coming off: a 20 yard at $495, filled with shingles in a day, weighed in a ton over 2 tons. The extra ton costs $83. Total $578. Nothing else on the invoice in any of the three.
Why does a final price beat a teaser price?
A teaser price is a low number for a box with little tonnage, a short term, and fees at the end. It looks cheaper on the search page and costs more on the invoice, because a real cleanout weighs what it weighs. A final price with the tonnage inside it lets you know the total before the truck arrives, which is the only way to put a dumpster on a written estimate for a customer or a budget for a rental turnover. Javi's has been in business since 2018 and publishes every price; the pricing page is the same list the dispatcher reads from, and the cost page is the shorter, straight-talk version of this guide.
How do I keep the total down?
Pick the size by describing the pile, not by guessing yardage. Put heavy material in the 10 yard. Break down boxes and cabinets so you buy one box, not two. Load to the fill line and no higher. Call for pickup the day the job ends so the 7 days never run out. Move the cars on pickup morning. Every one of those is worth exactly one fee, and none of them costs anything. For the size decision itself, the size guide is the next thing to read.
Questions people ask
Is there a deposit or online payment?
No. Payment is cash or credit card on delivery, no checks. Booking online reserves the box; Javi's confirms by phone.
Does the price change by city?
No. The 26 cities within roughly 30 to 40 miles of the shop pay the same published price. Beyond that, jobs are case by case with a $200 to $250 fuel surcharge.
How much does a dumpster cost for one day?
The same as for seven: 7 days are included in every price, so a one-day job pays $375 for a 10 yard or $495 for a 20 and simply calls for pickup early.
Do you charge for concrete?
Not in the 10 yard. In a 15 yard or larger, concrete and heavy debris carry a $150 handling charge, loaded no higher than the marked fill line.
What is the cheapest way to rent a dumpster?
The 10 yard at $375, sized correctly. A box that fits the pile the first time is always cheaper than a box that needs a second haul.
