Lakefront and downtown lots: placement notes
On a lakefront lot, the house can sit near the water with the drive running a good distance from the road. The truck needs a straight approach, firm ground and height to tilt the bed, so tell us the length of the drive and where you want the box. Clear low limbs and overhead service lines from the drop spot. Placing a box in a city street or right-of-way can need a permit, so check with the City of Eustis first.
